Placement Process

• Placement Activity commences in the month of August and Placement Process continues until all the students are placed.
• Companies use to come down to conduct pre-placement talks to give an idea to the students about their organization and opportunities available with them. Students decide to apply in appropriate organization on the basis of these talks.
• The resumes are forwarded to the companies of interested candidates to these companies.
• Companies shortlist the candidates of their choice.
• Companies come at campus to conduct interviews / selection process.
• If selected, offer letter / appointment letters are given to selected candidates.

Pre-Placement Talk (PPT) provides an opportunity to the students and the recruiting company to interact with each other. Every year, placement fair is organized by the Group where companies give their presentations regarding the history, growth, future opportunities and jobs available for the students (content, compensation package, location, etc.). PPT also provides a company with opportunity to recruit the first year students for summer training assignments.

Campus recruitments starts with inviting companies from the private, public and government sectors to place the students at the entry level managerial positions. At KCMT Campus 2, assistance on placement is segregated sector wise i.e. industry and functional. For this purpose, the institute has an active Placement Team which keeps continuous interaction with industry, business houses, multinationals and the public sector undertaking with a view to provide appropriate and timely career opportunities to its students.
